With a heart full of hopes and dreams, Durgesh’s Manchaha journey began amidst golden hues. Looking at the gold-coloured yarns, she felt she was weaving with real gold. Though it was her first time weaving a Manchaha, she started with simple designs, slowly gaining confidence. As she became more comfortable with the process, the designs flowed effortlessly from her heart. Starting with a basic diamond motif, she explored its various iterations, weaving it differently and challenging herself. Each day, she observed her progress and growth, celebrating her transformation. As the patterns took shape, she imagined others appreciating her work, hoping they liked it. This Manchaha became her “Umeed”, a ray of hope for her creative dreams.
