Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on all orders within the UAE.

- All orders will be delivered during our working hours.
- Orders are delivered on all days, excluding UAE public holidays.
- When your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to agree on a delivery date. Please ensure smooth delivery by accepting delivery and arranging access. Make sure our team can reach the delivery address and have enough space for the goods. Ensure doors and lifts provide full access.
- We are committed to delivering within the timelines estimated at order confirmation or as shown on our website; however, delivery timelines are estimates only.
- We are not responsible for failure to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including when you are not available to take delivery of your order.
- We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE, however, we reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if your order is not accepted at the address provided to us at the time of order confirmation. "
- If, on the delivery date, our delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied. We will inform you of this charge.
- If delivery is not accepted on the confirmed delivery date, goods shall be kept in storage free of charge for a period of up to three (3) days. If you fail to agree to a revised delivery date falling within three (3) days of the initial delivery date, we retain the right to cancel your order, retain all the payment made, and resell the goods with no further liability.
Returns
- Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in new, undamaged condition with the original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will only be accepted subject to a repacking fee of AED 100. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
- Please inspect all products and make sure they are to your liking before discarding the packaging.
- Within the UAE, the Blissful delivery team will collect and return your product(s), and a return collection fee of AED 100 will be deducted from your refund total. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time, it will be considered damaged by the customer and will not be acceptable for return or refund.

- Your order number
- Item Reference(s) and quantity you are returning
- Customer service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.
- Only items purchased directly from our online store, www.blissfuluae.com are eligible for return within 7 days.

- For returns received within 7 days and in their original condition, refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once your order is in processing status, it cannot be cancelled. However, if your items are eligible for return, you may return them as per our policy above.
